Riding the Bus just got easier!
Ride for Free with a College ID Card

The Bus has joined with Castleton State College, College of St. Joseph, Community College of Vermont, and Green Mountain College to let anyone with an ID card from these colleges board "The Bus" for free. Just show your card to the driver and go just about anywhere in Rutland and as far away as Middlebury or Manchester!

 

Community College of Vermont is a proud member of MVRTD's Unlimited Access Program. All full-time or part time students, staff or faculty members can ride MVRTD "The Bus:" for free! The program is funded by CCV as a benefit of enrollment and we always encourage students to leave cars at home and give this commuter options a try! So stop looking for a parking spot in downtown Rutland and hop on the bus! For further information on CCV's transportation programs and policies, click on their logo
 
College of St. Joseph is a proud member of MVRTD’s Unlimited Access Program. All full-time or part-time students, staff or faculty members can ride MVRTD "The Bus" for free! The program is funded by CSJ Student Government Association as a benefit of enrollmen and we always encourage students to leave cars at home and give this commuter option a try! So stop looking for a parking spot on campus or in downtown Rutland for your shopping and entertainment needs and hop on the bus instead! College of St. Joseph is on the Proctor Route and the Bus will pull into its parking lot. The program is funded by GMC as a benefit of enrollment and we always encourage students to leave cars at home and give this commuter option a try! So stop looking for a parking spot in downtown Rutland and hop on the bus! Green Mountain College is on the Fair Haven Route. The Bus conveniently pulls into the college parking circle in the front of the college where the college shuttle drop off/pick up is.
