City Fixed Route Changes
Beginning November 23rd 2009
South:
The South Route will turn right out of Transit Center onto West
Street and Service Route 7 to the Holiday Inn and The Diamond
Run Mall.
Extending Saturday Service to
every 30 minutes from 8:00am-5:30 pm
Will not operate from 12:00pm-1:00pm on
Saturday.
Hospital:
The Hospital Route will no longer service the Maples
The Hospital Route will service Regency Manor on Request
ONLY. When requested, the bus
will enter and exit Regency Manor the same as before.
Extending Saturday Service to
every 30 minutes from 8:00am-5:30 pm
Will not operate from 12:00pm-1:00pm on
Saturday.
New Route
South Route Extension:
This Route will begin like the South Route did prior to this
change. It will turn left out of the Transit Center onto West
Street, left onto Merchants Row/Strongs Ave. Through the Howe
Center, left onto Park Street, and right onto route 7. It will
travel route 7 and turn left onto Curtis Ave, left on Mussey St,
right onto Allen St, left on Stratton Rd, go into the Maples,
then left on Stratton Rd. Then go left onto Killington Ave.,
right on East St, left on East Center, straight across
route 7 onto Center St, right onto Wales St, returning to the
Transit Center.
This Route will operate
Monday-Friday
6:30am-6:30 pm
Saturday service 8:00am-5:30pm (Does not
operate from 12:00pm-1:00pm
